Take a refreshing dip in the Samaritaine pond
Want to cool off? Jump into the Samaritaine municipal pond. Just 200 m from your campsite near Reims, the banks of the pond are directly accessible. Perfect for swimming! In high season, swimming is supervised in the afternoons, for the safety of you and your children.
In summer, it’s always a pleasure to cool off by jumping off the pontoon. A beautiful sandy beach is available for lazing around.
As the pond is communal, the municipality is responsible for authorizing swimming.
Where there is no bylaw against it, you can also go paddle-boarding. Visit a pleasant and sporty way to explore the waters of the pond and its lush green banks.
For reasons of hygiene, dogs are not allowed around the lake, but are allowed on a leash on the campsite.
Enjoy the pleasure of fishing at our campsite, 500 metres from a fishing pond.
Just 500 metres from the campsite, there’s a second pond reserved for fishing. All you have to do is find the right spot to catch a pike.
You’ll be able to catch pike, roach and other fry fish in this very fishy stretch of water.
Its shady, grassy banks are inviting at any time of day. Set up with rod and cast, in the morning or at picnic time!
